About Us
Founded in 2008 YouMeSushi has been making great waves thanks to our varying menu concept that’s perfectly combined with a fresh and unique approach to Japanese cuisine.
In 2008 having set up our first takeaway store in London’s Marylebone district, YouMeSushi has gone from strength to strength with the opening of two additional venues. In 2010, our second outlet opened in London’s iconic Westfield Shopping Centre, home to numerous luxury brands and retailers.
We are currently in the final stages of a third store which is set to open in January 2012, based in High Holborn.
Facts!
All our sushi is handmade with love in our kitchens from where your order is delivered from, we definitely don’t use machines to make our sushi and we only source our ingredients from local suppliers, in fact our ingredients are so fresh that we only use them on the day we buy them and that is every day, we don’t keep anything overnight!
